Who processes your data

How your data is used

We use your name, contact details, preferences, description of your reason for seeking care and any reports you choose to attach to process your request, contact you and prepare your assessment. Reports are optional. We do not use this information for advertising or automated clinical decisions.

Consent to process your request

The form asks for your explicit consent to process the personal and health data you submit for this purpose. You can withdraw consent by writing to the email address above. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it. If you subsequently receive medical care, you will be informed about data processing related to that care.

Who can access your information

Information is intended for authorised clinic staff. Raiola Networks provides hosting. A notification containing the request details is sent to the clinic's email address, clinicaneuros@hotmail.com, managed by Microsoft. PDFs are accessed through the private area and are not attached to the notification. This data is not shared with advertising platforms.

How long your data is retained

Requests that do not lead to medical care, including their reports, are deleted from the form system 90 days after receipt. If documents become part of a medical record, their retention is managed separately under the requirements applicable to that care. The clinic's email and backups require separate retention management.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, where applicable, and withdraw your consent by writing to clinicaneuros@hotmail.com. We will only request the information needed to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Cookies and measurement

The private area uses a necessary cookie to maintain the session. This version does not link your data to advertising tools or use advertising cookies. Form contents are not sent to analytics services.
